Kioti CK 30 HST runaway throttle and wouldnt shut off.

None whatsoever..
Lower the pump and engage the pin on the control rack to the engine rack..
Some have a V notch that the pin sits in.. others have a hole in the engine rack that slides over the pump rack and held in place w a cotter/hitch pin..
Then push the pump down evenly and start the 4 bolts..
The pump will be under spring pressure so run the screws down evenly..
WHO took the pump off.??

Thanks. I took the pump off as the local repair main has been extremely busy. It was stuck. The manual shut off cover was stuck and could not be removed, so I had some issues getting it out. the manual cover can now come out. I know tht there is a plastic sleeve in there was concerned if it is in the correct spot etc.
