Mine is open station. If that is a direct comparison, that is mind boggling. 😳
good grief, my comparison between Kioti and Kubota

I’ll be picking up my new YT359 in a week or so. I’ll post some pics. Thanks for everyone’s advice.
What made you decide on the Yanmar?

What made you decide on the Yanmar?
I-hmt transmission. In particular the graph I attached. It puts power to the ground like a shuttle and operates like a hydrostat. I also like the large displacement (3.3L) 4 cylinder that is naturally aspirated. The first couple you tube videos I watched I thought it was way to complex. But, I think I get it now and am looking forward to trying something new.

If you have a yanmar dealer that close that has been around that many years that would be a no-brainer for me.

Mainly because I think Yamar makes a better tractor than both of them.

I pretty much started my search exactly like you have.

I looked for kubota's couldn't find them with a loader. would have looked at Kioti but I didn't know there was a dealer close.

I love my Yanmar.

I really like the Kioti tractor line. No complaints there.

I have a dealer 3 miles from my house that I’ve been working with for 20+ years (Stihl and Dolmar products) that picked up the and more tractors about five years ago. They are a small dealership. I tried to get the YT 359 from them, but they were unable to get one with our one tires. So I’m buying from a dealer in North Carolina.

When my local dealer could not deliver what I wanted, they wished me luck, finding it and said, they hope to see me for all my service needs.

I have a large project where I am installing the combination of a culvert and French drain through a wet area in my yard 100 feet long. I debated whether I should just buy skid steer. But the tractor, for my application is much more useful long-term.

I’m really excited and will put this tractor through its paces right away.226C2261-8F03-4C26-922B-C0C92FED418D.jpegF34BD509-89B0-450F-895B-CAF7E98F2787.jpegEBAE84FC-3C73-495B-BD0A-79C5F3760C7D.jpegC2FD564D-175D-4494-9F26-3C49AE383963.jpeg2E10FBE6-0093-4F7D-B7C8-63F9D6BA7AD1.jpegF31649BE-64C2-4D88-AFF6-DEB832F86F6B.jpeg

I think I know the dealer you are referring to-Pass inc?
If so great folks- still have a 371xp and 335xpt and a Kombitool i got there 20-30 years ago when I lived east of Morgantown

I would be happy to buy a tractor from them and am seriously considering yanmar- i do wish they had a turbo though due to hp loss at altitudes
