The other day I partially filled the FEL bucket with water and hauled it to a new tree we had planted.

You can you tube ratchet rake and get a couple informative videos. Looks kinda handy.

One hot summer after we had planted several little trees in the creek bottom, I would go every couple of days and scoop up creek water, and take it to the little trees and the wife and I would water them by hand with a bucket. I did this for quite a while until they got a good start. "Old Blue" had a 6 foot bucket on the Westendorf TA25 loader and it held a good amount of water.. sure beat dragging the water out of the creek with a 5 gallon bucket.:thumbsup:

Its a strap on attachment (Now that sounds dirty) that is great for clearing brush. See http://ratchetrake.com/
I also use it for leveling, and picking up the garbage cans to take to the street.

Too True. I call my tractor my "$25k wheel barrow".
Here's the biggest problem with a tractor (with or without and FEL). All of a sudden, the "things" you can do multiply exponentially...then you encounter a "problem" and end up buying another attachment. Now, with that new attachment, you can do even more...but...you will find a need for a new attachment. Vicious, Vicious circle.

New uses for FEL today.
Mixing up 200 lbs of corn with pig feed concentrate, then dumping it into the hopper of their feeder. Used to do it 50 lbs at a time. No longer!
Momentarily engaged 4wd on pavement, then couldn't disengage it b/c it was binding b/c it was on pavement. Picked up the front wheels with the loader to relieve the tension on the diff.
