Kubota and Power Trac working together

Hey can't we all just get along. First one is of my new Leinbach L7200JR Post Hole Digger with 9 inch auger I brought home today.

My neighbor and friend Nate next door, who I sold my Power Trac 180 to, asked me to help him level several mounds of dirt.

He's having a pool put in and the Cat has piled up several large mounds of dirt. Here are a few pic's of the two machines working together.

Along with the two grown boys, I mean men playing in the dirt with their toys. Hard to tell from this angle but, I do have a full bucket.

Here are a few more. The Kubota moving dirt over onto my side back in the woods for use around my place. I need to build up my pond area and also to fill in some ditches.

The mounds are still there but, getting smaller and smaller.

That is the best thing about selling your tractor to you neighbor, they have projects and you get the leftovers (dirt that is)

I would have brought a PT180 if the freight did not cost so much.

Yeah, the cool thing is I hated to sell my PT 180. now I get to see it working next door or, use it if I want.

They are tough little machines but, so is my new baby. I'm Lovin this BX so far perfect size for around my place.

I never saw my neighbor run over so fast when he saw me pull in the driveway this past Saturday with some orange implements sticking out of my truck. His eyes lit up when he saw the box blade...

I am sure I will have some pix of my BX24 and his 9N working the driveway we share.

Not tiring to be critical however but dont you feel a little unstable with a full load? I find when I'm moving dirt (or anything of substance for that matter) with my BX a little ballast really goes a long way.

Thanks Jim, I felt like a little kid again playing in the sand box with our two tractors this weekend. Was hard to keep the grin off of my face. LOL

yes, your right these little tractors can be a little tipsy with a full bucket especially when the front tire drops down into a hole. I don't even have the back tires loaded as of yet. The only improvement Kubota could have made from my point of view would be a larger front tire. But hey, I still love this little tank.

I travel with the bucket low and always have the old seat belt on. I have plans to add some weight to the back when I get the time, along with other home made attachments.

I guess they don't pour those pool walls out of concrete anymore ! Well..... i guess things have changed in the 20+ years since i worked installing pools.
