It's a very good price. What's wrong with it?
Get the owner's, service and parts manuals from a local Kubota dealer. The owner should have at least the owner's manual? How do you know it's only 5 months old? Did you check the manufacture date on the tractor? There should be a label with the build date.
Also, you need to make sure the tractor is paid for and not still financed.
does it need parts already? Parts from Kubota for something that new. John

2. tractorsmart.com will send the parts list to you if requested. Many TBNers use tractorsmart.com to order all there <font color="orange"> Kubota </font> parts. I have used them with great success.
My local dealer is also great for parts and buying tractors.
3. You will need a Parts List and Work Shop Manual (WSM). Try your local dealer or tractorsmart.com

Yes, that's a fine price. If you figure 8 for the tractor, 2 for the FEL and 4 for the BH, all come in under what I would expect by a little. Nice deal.

Also if it's only 5 months old, I assume you still have quite some time on the Warrenty.

I agree, the price is very good. As for the best manual, I would go with the original. Check on ebay, there you will find a retailer (beyertractor) that sells OEM tractor manuals for all tractors including Kubota. The best part is he sells the Kubota "WSM" (work shop manual) books that the repair shops use to fix 'em. My dealer wanted about $100 for one and you can usual snag one for around 1/2 that.
