I have and older L2550 GST with a b400g fronend loader. So I put my forks on the bucket to move my palletized firewood, would not even budge it. Forks off bucket, made frame to move forks back, still not enough grunt to lift it.
I can carry half a pallet full stacked in the bucket no problem, so the question is:
What about 3 point hitch mounted forks, better?
How much would approx 40% of a cord of birch/maple mix weigh?( i am thinking 2000#)
I am thinking the 3 point will do it but want to confirm before i fab anything up.
Thanks, Mike
