I have a Kubota L3540 just had front axel redone at dealers.
Got it back and when it warms up it only goes in reverse.
Let it sit overnight and it is good for a bit. Does any body no what's going on
and how to fix it. Dealer said its nothing to do with them.

It worked ok before the dealer redid the front axle? What did they do to the axle?

Hst or gear drive?

have you checked all the fluid levels? there might be 1 to 2 spots (1 for transmission, 1 for rear end of tractor), plus a 3rd one some place near / around the engine.

was it working before hand? what caused issue with front axle? hit something? something fall off / break?

Worked fine except grinding in front axel. Replaced gears and fluid.

Worked fine before. Did not know there were that many fluid level thought it was just 1 at back.
Dealer said problem caused by using 4 wheel drive when not needed.

I think he was just thinking outloud. There is just the one spot in the back( I have the same tractor) . You have the one in the back for trans and hydraulics. the one in the front axle, and the engine oil one. Thats it
