Kubota L3830GST?

I'm new to this site and don't know much about tractors, but am looking to buy one that is between 30-40 hp with a loader, box blade and bush hog. I have about 7 acres in NC, mostly wooded, with enough cleared for a 1/3 acre garden.

I see a Kubota Grand L3830GST for sale on CraigsList in Hickory for only $5,000. When I did a little research on the model number, I came up with a tractor that is totally different than the one pictured by the seller. Here's a link to the one being sold: 2006 Kubota tractor

I'd appreciate any help someone can provide. I'm thinking this may be a scam.

That ad is a BIG TIME scam.

There are a lot of them going around Craigs List

You can tell by:

The text is in a jpg (photo) form.

There are a random bunch of letters and characters below the photos

It's a scam. See very similar ads here all the time and I always rat them out to CL.

The way you can tell is the "click here" link rather than a CL email address or a phone nbr to call. It's always for a nice piece of equipment at a ridiculously low price. They're just trying to collect email addresses to sell to spammers...

Many thanks to all who replied. It's unanimous. Everyone warns that this poster of the L3830GST on CL is a scammer. Makes me want to reach through the ethernet cable and have a face-to-face.

I see that a bunch of folks sign their posts with the type(s) of equipment they run, much like the posters on the Fiat Spider site where I'm a member. I hesitate to sign off with my Husky 54" riding mower. Better to wait until I have something that might garner a little more respect.

Would like to post again before I make a decision on a tractor in the hopes y'all can give me some advice on the model I'll be looking at.
