Oil & Fuel Kubota M4500 Owners - Question re Idle RPM

Hello folks,

Not sure how many M4500 owners are part of this forum but would like to ask anyway.

What should the idle RPM be for this engine? I believe mine is somewhat high at 850 RPM. If this is considered high how do I best lower it?

I have the original manual but it does not give an indication of the idle RPM.

I just checked the idle on the M5700 today and it is just a little over 900 .

Thanks HEC. Not certain if I could use the M5700 RPM as a guide.
