I am looking at the Kubota RTV-X900 to use for cleaning a cow barn, horse barn, and a goat barn on a small farm. The large majority of what we clean ends up being pine shavings that we use for bedding. I would like to increase the dump capacity with sideboards because the pine shavings have more volume than weight.
Has anyone out there added sideboards to their Kubota side by side ?
Thanks,
Bob W

I have a 1120X RTV. I built some bed extensions for mine. Here it is

I also fabricated framework that attaches with 4 screws to the bed extensions for a tarp cover. I had a local tarp shop make the cover

Thanks. The tarp bows were made from an old trampoline that my grandkids didn’t use anymore and was in disrepair. It worked out well in the repurposing

If you are going to haul manure in it the 1st thing I would recommend is caulking the seams around the bed floor and a good quality spray on bedliner to prevent rust. As I'm sure you know there is a lot of acidity in the urine and manure so even with shavings rust can be a problem.

I'm on my second RTV and found that the paint is not the greatest and rust is a problem.
