Kubota ZD326S Price

I have been looking for a Kubota zero turn so I can dump my John Deere 430.

A dealer is offering a 2015 Kubota ZD326S for $9900. It has 340 hours on the meter. I would have to pay someone to haul it 200 miles.

Sound reasonable for this model?

Most private party ZD326 Mowers I've seen are in the $7000 - $8000 range. If the dealer is offering a warranty period, I would think 9k would be reasonable. They likely paid $6500-7000 for it, and without any sort of guarantee or warranty it is no different than a private party sale (other than the reputation of the dealer).

All that said, I have a 1700 hour zd326s since new, and they are a bullet proof machine.

The dealer would be too far away to do anything for me. All I want from them is a machine in good shape for the hours it has.

Where are you seeing those nice cheap mowers?

I looked around and low hour zd326 mowers can be found for $8000 - $8500 so my numbers were a little low. That's still $1900 less than what the dealer is selling it for.
I have no idea what freight goes for these days.
You may want to broaden your search to include the ZD331 and ZD1211, and consider a machine with slightly higher hours.

I have been looking for a while, and deals like that are not happening near me. I'm planning to offer them $8500 and see how it goes.

I found out it will cost me somewhere around $650 to get it here.

I like the low hours. I would like to have this thing a long time before I have to do any real work on it. People told me the John Deere would run forever with no repairs. I don't want to get into how that prediction fared.

200 miles not too far. Just grab a trailer and go.
I just bought 2 new ZD1211’s. They are 19-20K new, so 9K isn’t bad if its clean and low hours.
