Just curious whether anyone who has a KX121 can provide me with some answers I'm looking for. I'm currently making a trail through a low part of my property and the ground is mostly peat and it's current dry. I have been using my B20 to pull stumps and rough out the trail but thought renting a KX121 would be much more productive. I still have to do:
- widen trail
- remove stumps
- dig drainage ditches on both sides
- install some culverts
Just wondering whether the KX121 would be okay on top of a peat type soil as it's close to 10,000lbs but it is on tracks so hopefully that spreads the weight evenly. I have thought of building my own 'swamp mats' just in case. Also how are they with pulling stumps, note that this is in peat so they come up fairly easily with my B20. Is the KX121 powerful enough to push trees over after tearing out some of the roots?
Tks.
