Had been using tractor. Killed it and it will not do anything electrically. No dash lights or other functions. Fuses good.
L 2850, Battery good nothiing else works electrically

Check the ground connection. Kubotas are notorious for bad battery grounds.
Attach one lead of a jumper cable (black) between the battery negative and the engine block. Disconnect the existing ground cable so you can directly attach the jumper cable to the battery post.
While you are there, make sure the positive connection is clean and tight.

If that doesn't work, check for fusable links... usually located in the harness at the starter terminal connection. See if one of those is burnt in two.
