L3400 Rear Hydraulics

I recently purchased a 2008 Kubota L3400DT and discovered it didn't have rear hydraulics. Didn't know it was an option I guess. So, if i take it to a dealer, can that be added? Any idea how much?

Yes, they can be added, but I don't know the cost for sure. Mine came with rear remotes, so I didn't have to ask. Good luck.

when i was thinking of buying a kubota cab tractor, the rear remotes cost $900 for the first and $450 for each additional

that was a few months ago.

I had one added when I got My L3400 in 2005. I don't remember the exact price but $900 sounds about right. It attaches to the ROPS as shown in pic. I added the bread pan above it for my gloves and shears in summer.

Thanks for the info and pic! Looks like i'll be calling my Kubota dealer on Monday.

Depending on the implement(s) you will be using the Hyd for, if the implements have their own, "open" valve, extension hoses from the "power beyond" valve will do just fine and be WAY cheaper.

I just end up tying the valve back with a bungie anyway, for all of the inplements that use HYD power on my 3710. (splitter, chipper)

If you are looking to power a cylinder or two, back there, you will need a seperate valve.

$959 to be exact and I had the dealer install it last week. Brought it home to do some work and the 3pt doesn't move. Dealer is looking at it as I type. Oh well, guess I can wait a little longer to get started on my plots.
