Good question. I recently purchased a L4610HSTC because the 4630 model didn't have HST. You would have to get the 5030 model. Maybe a way to get you to spend more money? The L3830 is not available with a cab. Does this make any sense either?
I assume that your dealer did not have an L4630HST in stock, because Kubota quotes specifications on the 4630 with HST on their web site and in their brochure.
Another interesting aside is that the L4330 and the L4630 are practically the same machine. Specifically, they both have a 134.1 cubic inch displacement engine. The 4630 has higher peak horsepower by specifying it at a higher peak operating RPM. As my salesman said, Kubota gets to charge $1,000 more by turning a screw. All that said, I would recommend that if you want a cab model, look at either the 4330 or the 5030. The 4630 does not offer any real benefits over the 4330.
