One of the hydraulic couplers on my John Deere 5425 is leaking in the area that the hose plugs in. From what I have gathered online this is very likely an o ring gone bad and I have purchased the replacement. I would appreciate any help on how to install this o ring that fits in the female opening of the coupler. Do I have to disassemble the coupler? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Take an o-ring pick and remove old o-ring then I use long nose pliers to gently squeeze new o-ring together so as to get o-ring started in groove then take my finger to finish installing.
