lift arm leveling assembly jd 5500 cat 2

my jd 5500 lift arms have gotten off level. it is cat 2. the adjustable side is frozen and the side that has to be removed to adjust has had the threads stripped so it is either very long or very short. are there any salvage yards where i can buy a replacement, or am i stuck buying new from jd dealership? if anyone has a repair suggestion, i am open as well. i tried searching site but could not get any specific answers.
