The neighborhood association had 21 douglas fir trees dropped in the greenbelt area to reduce windstorm risk to the adjacent houses. I was chief clean-up operator since I have the only tractor in the neighborhood. I generally use the Kubota B7100 for rough mowing and general grounds-keeping, but for this I brought in some equipment from the tree farm that I usually use on my JD 3005. Pictures of moving out the logs are attached. Since I had to haul them over paved roads to my backyard I used a 600 lb capacity big wheeled hand truck to haul the tail end. Worked great. Logs were 9-13 feet long up to 18 inches in diameter, fresh and wet. In the last picture you can see planks I am making with my chainsaw mill (that's a lot of work, but a story for another forum). B7100 - best ever made.
