Looking at an HDS 2185 that needs a good home

I've been looking at an HDS 2185 for a week or so. It has cut a lot of grass in it's time but seems to have a lot left in her. Cosmetically she was rode hard and put up wet often. Any comments on the model or things to look at and/or check out?
model #136288100 ser#346374 It shows only 97 hours.
My lot is on a hill that is terraced but still a lot of inclines to get around. My brother wore out a Murry rider trying to take care of the place.

That's a great machine. I believe the 2185 is equivalent to todays 2544 or 2550. Keep in mind a new 2550 would run you ~$4K with tax. The transaxles hold ~6qts of oil, huge spin on trans filter, etc. I'm not picky when it comes to engines since it's the rest of the unit that usually poops out first.

I stopped by a Cub dealer this afternoon and the guy showed me what is similar to that model in todays line. Nice!! He also had good things to say about it and thought it would be a good first Cub. Made me feel better. I think I'm gonna go get it tomorrow.
