Looking at Used Kioti (20hp)

A friend of mine has a Kioti 20hp for sale. I think its in the late 1990s.
I saw it once a few months ago, and didn't look too closely, because at the time I didn't figure he would ever sell it.

It has a FEL, and live PTO, canopy, and shuttle shift.

Anyone have positive or negative fed back on this model?

Which model could this be? LB1914 ?

I'm going to check it out this weekend.

Live PTO is not available on this model. If you push in the clutch the PTO stops. It does have an internal overunning clutch on the PTO. These are very solid, heavy-duty machines for their size. If has had much care at all it will give you years of depenadable service. Is it a Kioti brand FEL? What is the asking price?? New it would be around 12K.

It does have a Kioti FEL. I picked up the owners manual yesterday. According to it, it does have a live PTO - there is a lever for engaging the PTO. It also has shuttle shift.

I'm gettting it from a friend who is retiring from the Lawn Care Business.

I'm going this morning to pick up a new 48" rotary cutter, then to pick up the tractor.

I got it!

I bush hogged some steep hills with it over the weekend-
It did great.

The PTO isn't live, but at least its safer.

I was going up a good slope, hogging, and came upon a big rock (watermelon sized). I eased back, and after 4 tries, I scooped it up in the bucket - backed down the hill and dumper it.

I was in 4wd low, so it was pretty steep hill.

A buddy of mien has already named it....
