Looking for advice on an 8n

Hello All, looking for some advice.
The clutch went out on our 1955 Ford 650. What is worrisome is that it went out all at once, instead of gradually, and this is the dual clutch setup where letting out a little powers the PTO and letting all the way out powers the tractor (or it did until yesterday).

So I'm hoping you can help with some advice. Part of me wants to make a winter project out of replacing the clutch, and part of me thinks that it would be better to sell the tractor to a person with more time and inclination to fix it up and have a nice little tractor.

What would you do?

I'd fix it, if I had the tools, time and a place to split the tractor. I had to replace a dual clutch in my '58 861D Ford last year (first time for me), but not so much because I had to as, the tractor was already split for engine work and the bolt heads that the throw out bearing push against were worn badly. The replacement bolts alone were so expensive from the Ford dealer, I decided to just replace the whole shebang. I found a new pre-adjusted complete dual stage clutch kit with, bearings and plastic alignment tool on eBay for $355. That was the best price I could find at the time. It was fairly simple to replace (but heavy) and the only adjustment needed was to check my clutch peddle free play when it was back together. I also replaced the rear shaft seal while I had the throw out bearing out and the tractor apart too.
