Looking for source for seals

I purchased needed seals from this company:

SKF, Bearings, Seals, Mechatronics & Lubrication | E.B. Atmus Co., Inc.

Their prices with shipping were better than I could get locally.

I also used some of the suggested research sites listed previously. I had difficulties because the seals were old and the numbers didn't cross refrence to anything newer. In addition, the repair was made with whatever was in the shop (explains the RTV

) so after an exaustive search, I still ordered the wrong ones!!!! :confused3:

I've found this place to be really reasonable on USA bearings, and seals. JBR 17 LLC, You will need the bearing/seal number to search, and check the price. The bad thing is, if you need it in a hurry, it takes about a week for them to get them to me.
If it's something I know I will need to do maintainance on at a later date, I will cross the part number, compare prices, and order so they will be here when I have time to do the job.
All seals so far have been USA CRC seals, and bearings, USA Timken. And most of their bearings are offered with the cup, usually for less then Motion Industries wants for just the bearing. That really helps when doing one of my 5 trailers, with multiple axles...

If you have a local bearing supply house, they will also have all the shaft seals, or can order them in. If you are talking online, then any google search will find you a million places that sell bearings and seals.
