Hi All,

I'm considering a either a CX25 or 30 either HST or shuttle shift for my next tractor to replace my Economy Power King. The local dealer for me is; Ken's Tractor.

I would be interested is hearing your after sales/repair and parts supply experience.

I have initiated contact with Ed at Ken's. So far they are pleasant and helpful but in my experiences with other power equipment dealers, sometimes it is far different after the ink is dry.

Thanks in advance,

Tom

I purchased my DK55c from Ken's tractor (prior to Ed purchasing the franchise). I couldn't be more happy with Ed and his crew. The tractor now has close to 800 hours on it. I'm very pleased with their service and prices.

I recently bent the tie rod on the loader; they had a replacement the following week for $69 delivered.

If Ed is close to your location, and you're pleased with the tractor, I would strongly recommend them.

Good luck!

I bought my Kioti from Batchelder Sales in Lebanon, ME. They were great when I was shopping for one and have been even better since I bought it. The owner (Dick) said hop on one and go play in the dirt, I was still undecided on gear or HST and driving both made the decision easy.

They also had the best price I found and threw in a ton of extras like a grill guard, welded hooks on the loader, free delivery 40 miles away, free 50-hr service with pick-up, the larger 16" backhoe bucket, rear remotes for the BH and my choice of turfs or industrials with no change in price.

When Kioti announced the update kit they were providing for the loaders, owners had to bring there tractor to the dealer for installation and Batchelders offered to come to my house and install it.

Also, when I was shopping for a new CK20, Kioti was changing from the old mower style seat to a new suspension seat and adding a cupholder. The other dealers tried to sell me an older model for the same new model retail and Batchelder's was the only dealer to point that out. I am glad they did too, that suspension seat is great!

I purchased my century from Keats and once Kens tractor moved to Troy, used them (kens) for any service or parts due to them selling Branson as well. I formed a relationship with Ed(new owner) and found him to be very fair and reasonable. I once had my tie rod break on my century and he grabbed 1 off a "showroom" branson so I could finish a job. Great people to deal with.

I also have to give a hats off to Dave up there in Enfield. I was price shopping and emailed him about my situation. He pointed out the distance and recommended either Troy or Belchertown being closer. You hardly ever see that anymore...not a cut throat. I don't think anyone would go wrong with either dealer.
