Loving my new tractor

I live in Utah with just an acre of land and two horses that I am trying to keep up with. The horses were 25th anniversary presents that my wife and I gave each other last April. She is the one who knew horses. Sadly, she died unexpectedly in September so now I am trying to learn how to ride and care for the horses on my own. I finally decided I needed some help so I bought a Kubota BX25 to make the horse care a litlle more manageable. My grandfather operated heavy equipment and I loved riding with him as a kid. Consequently, I have always wanted my own front loader and/or backhoe. Albeit small, I love my new tractor. Even though I have only had it a week, it has already proven useful in scraping out the stalls. I am also working on putting in a better drainage system in the corral. Even my kids are a little more interested in helping out when they can drive a tractor to do it.

I am sure this forum will prove useful when I have questions come up.
