I saw one out front of a nearby Lowe’s near the garden side.

I feel bad for someone who would buy a tractor from Lowe’s, then try to get warranty service if there are no established LS dealerships nearby.

It sounds like they will start by only selling the MT122 and local dealers will provide service (I'm not sure how they'll convince them to do that). They will only sell at stores with dealers that are within ~ 1 hour.

Coincidently enough, your local New Holland dealer carries the Workmaster 25S, which is an MT125 in a nicer blue.


I'm sure Lowes will sell enough of them; this was announced at the big machinery show this year.

Box stores have been selling Deere lawn mowers for decades, why not a tractor brand?

What really surprised me was seeing livestock feed for sale at Lowe's. They had several pallets of All Stock, Scratch, Goat Feed and Horse Feed. And even better, their prices are getter then Tractor Supply and Atwoods. 50 pounds sacks for $12

Geez. Would you people quit doing searches for a new tractor. I was about to press the BUY button on a MT352H/HC/C and the price jumped over $3k in a matter of minutes. Told the dealer, "Forget it".

I do like their nuts and bolts by the pound though. I keep a pretty good stock of grade-5 and grade-8 on hand of what I use the most. Too bad they don't have metric. Their trans oil has saved me every time I change the 15-gallons in the Ford.
