LS XG 3025
I have a 2019 model XG3025 and all the lights quit working. Nothing happens when you turn the light switch, no head lights or flashers work. I have checked the fuses and they are good. Has anyone else had an issue like this or know what the issue could be?

Check your grounds & connections for corrosion. Then, pull out the multimeter & start checking voltages at points along the circuits. Are you getting voltage to the fuse panel? If like my xr4150, there is a 50 amp line fuse before the panel above the starter. Also a 100amp main at b+ and another 50amp feeding the key switch. The dissimilar metals in the 100amp main are subject to corrosion. Finally, any mouse sign? They like the kimche coating on these Korean tractors so chew through could be an issue.

Everything else works fine. All dash lights work and tractor starts and runs great. The headlights and flashers stopped instantly like a blown fuse, but all check good. Which makes me think its the light switch itself or a relay possibly? Thanks for your response though. Ill start checking the lines for voltage to the switch.

Could be a blown relay, but from the schematic, they are 2 different relays (8/9 in the attached) might want to see if there is a common ground for them.

if the link above doesn't work, go to main LS Tractors site/ navigate to parts & look up your model number/electrical/relay & fuse

I will check it out. Thanks!

Even though the fuses all look good, check the power going into and out of the fuses. The headlight relay would only affect the headlights, but you lost flashers and everything. Check the connector where the light switch plugs into the harness. If you have good power on the wire that feeds the switch, then the switch could have failed.

Good point. Ill check that as well. Thanks

Lots of stuff on a 2019 will in lu opinion be a pain due to computer controls. Lights should be fairly simply and bypass the computer (hopefully).
Pick your spot to begin checking got voltage. You said the fuse looks good. Was this a visual check? Did you use a volt meter on both sides of the fuse? This is probably where I would start once I had a wiring diagram if available. The overall circuit should be pretty simple, but know what is where will help.
Such as is the a fuse/breaker between battery supply to the fuses.
Since mice ate a constant pain as well as other critters, check for wire as you go. Most wire insulation for the last 2+ decades have used old cooking oil in the manufacturing process and most critters love it. A grounding out of the circuit could be your issue. It will be easier yo find the fault one you isolate where you have and don’t have power. You know no power at lights and flashers. Assuming separate switches, you can go back a step from there—wiring diagram helps decided where to check up flow from there.

This brought back some memories for me. I have a 2006 JD2305 compact tractor. A while back I had the same issues that you have. I searched this issue on Tractor by Net posts and found one exactly on point. After replacing the bulbs, fuses, and everything else that I could think of and nothing worked. The post said that there are 2 diodes on the main line. It even told me which diode needed replacing. I think the dealer charged me about $20 (this was several years ago) for the diode. By the way, at that time they had no idea how to fix the issue. I put the new diode in the line and it fixed my problem. This post had to be back at lease 10 to 15 years ago but hopefully it is still there. Also I realize that the units are different but it still sounds exactly like my problem. Even though it has been years since I replaced the diode, every thing still works perfectly. Hope this might help you.
