A VERY SMALL AMOUNT of never seize is appropriate,I have a 2006 Mercedes E320 diesel and I need to replace the glow plugs is there a preferred lubricant anyone uses??
I should do a better job of proofreading before posting.I joined BenzWorld forum & I was told to used this ceramic paste. FCP also carries it.
It was a multi day project getting 3 of the glow plugs out so as some as I get this I’ll pull them & give them some LUV!!

I use CRC nickel anti seize on all the nuts and bolts, unless it calls for thread locker. You just have to lower your torque about 10% when using antiseize. It changes the coefficient of friction and you can overtorque fasteners. You can break or strip them out. I use it on all metal fasteners to make it easier to remove them, keeps them from rusting. My preference for anti-seize on hot items is a hi-temp nickle based product.

My favorite is hard to find and they have changed the formula over the years,
Chesterton Spray Nickel was expensive but worked good.
