MagFocre no longer sparks

Took the covers off seems the spark part is all sealed. Is it fixable and how or am I screwed.

Call the company tech support. Meanwhile, just light it with a match or striker. I keep a couple strikers around for my torches. They are handy.

Do you have yours split apart like in this video? Loose wire perhaps?

Mine is similar...but the wire from the igniter goes up, then through the plastic handle so it is beside the pipe of the torch. I can't see how it would spark (why it isn't working). I'm thinking something to come close to the tip end of the wire should be there and there is not. Perhaps a part has broken off.
