Buying Advice Mahindra 2538

I just took delivery of a Mahindra 2538 today. I traded in my Kubota B2650 because I needed more weight and more lift capacity, and the 2538 seemed to provide both at a good price point. There are some trade-offs, and time will tell if I made the right choice. My neighbor has the 1533 which he is happy with.

I bought my NH from the same dealer. They are pushing me toward the 2538 and the extended warranty.

I have a 2538, been back to dealership three times in two years for faulty dash, poor hydraulic lines and an implied PTO. Seems like too many breaks under normal use. The dealership is outstanding however

400 hours on mine. Other than the PTO shifter it's performed exceptionally.
