Mahindra 4500 2wd not starting

We have replaced the injectors, starter, ignition, bled all the lines, then we off the fuel injection pump and it dont seem like its pushing out that mush fuel. What had happened was while tilling our arena the tractor starting to blow really black smoke so he shut PTO down and slowed tractor down then it died. Then it took forever to get started when we finally did we replaced all of the items I listed above. Then i was running really well, so he tilled our arena again and now he hasn't been able to get it started since. We have also replaced the battery and all the cables and ends, and we are using a little either to try and help it. It sounds like it wants to start it just won' t and take off and run. Please help this has been months of work and still fighting with it.

The best way to fix a problem is generally not by throwing money at it. The preferred method is to assess what's wrong, figure out why it's wrong and fix that. You share no information on what's really happening at the moment and what you're doing to fix it. Do you have glow plugs? Are they working? Do you have a clear air path and a clean air filter? It's best to go through the basics first.
