You may want to recheck that year model if you're in the states or likely the NA market. Over here I'm pretty sure MF replaced the 2600 series with the 2600H series in 2015 as they had to go to tier4 engines. The 2635 Simpson 4 cylinder is not tier4, while the 2607H's (model that replaced the 2635) 3 cylinder is tier4. I started tractor shopping in 2016, and new 2635's were not to be had, but I did look at some used ones.
I looked at a 13 MFWD 2635 with around 250 hours, and they wanted like $12,900 for it. I tried to talk them down to $12K, and they were basically like "hell no! This is already a really great price." Even 9 years ago, and not having a FEL. I think I low balled them because I really wanted a FEL, and there were some good deals and good financing to be had on new tractors at that time. Still it was one of those times that I regret not having the power to see into the future, and look at soon to be tractor prices. This was a very nice looking machine that appeared to be in very good shape. That was an extremely good deal that I shouldn't have passed on.
One thing I will say is 2600 series ergo's suck big time compared to 2600H series ergo's. The 2600's feel extremely cramped IMO, where the 2600H's give you much more room to sprawl out.
