Hi guys I have a 2015 MF1526 and I’m getting chattering in the loader valve. I found one hose to the loader cylinder leaking a bit I replaced it the chatter is still there it’s a Nimco cv112 loader valve looks like prv is Jon adjustable I’m getting 1750 psi at loader and have some bubbles on dipstick still but o don’t see any leaks anywhere ? I did find a small o ring stuck in a qd fitting at the loader valve I replaced all qd fittings there not sure what else to check ? Also if I move the loader valve real slow it goes onto bypass smooth with no chatter of I go quick it chatters then it chatters when I bottom out a cylinder or try to lift a heavy load also the 3 pth will chatter on the loader valve if there a lot of dirt in the box blade. Thanks guys

If you have bubbles developing in the hydraulic fluid it is usually an indication that there is a leak somewhere and typically in the return line to the hydraulic pump.

Just a suggestion at this point without having any further details.

Thanks Loggin wouldn’t I see a fluid leak if there’s an air leak somewhere as well? I had one hose to the loader wet and I replaced that it was worn through in one spot but I’ll check my return hose to tank and the power beyond hose to the 3 pth as well. Thanks

Noticing leaks in the return line can be tricky. They are not under pressure so you may not see leaking. When the pump is drawing fluid from the the transmission case negative pressure is being created in the line and can therefore draw in air. Again this is just one of the things to try and eliminate before moving on to other things.

Are you sure these are bubbles and that the hydraulic fluid is not contaminated with water or something else?

Thanks I’ll check all lines and o rings for leaks and I’m pretty sure it’s bubbles it’s clear before I start the tractor and after running a bit it get cloudy then when it sits for a while fluids clear again. I did have a small o ring stuck in one of the nipples on the loader valve is was small maybe 1/4” ID I think I got the whole thing but maybe something on loader valve lost an o ring so far the only leak I found was a hose to the loader piston which I replaced so I’ll look more this week. Thanks

Is the chatter only while under heavy load or relief valve setting?

Does the loader lift smooth and quiet when not loaded?

Yeah only chatter from loader and 3 point hitch not from driving at all and loader and 3 point hitch work fine unless I have a heavy load or dead head loader with curl etc

Sounds like the relief valve is chattering. Is this something that started recently? Does it seem like you can lift less with loader or 3 point? Not common but possibly the spring took a set in the system relief changing the opening pressure which may or may not contribute to the chatter.

does your loader valve have the power beyond sleeve that requires an O-ring on the nose to seal? If yes another possibility is this O-ring is starting to fail close to relief pressure so leaks some oil pressure drops relief closes , cycle repeats.

Thanks oldnslo I’ll pull loader valve apart and yes there is a 3 hose to the loader valve I’m sure it’s pby hose I’ll pull it apart and check o rings etc and I’ll post what I find it’s a Nimco CV112

I just spoke to Nimco apparently they say there is no main relief valve in my loader valve it was hard to understand him he had a strong accent but I said I removed a cap and there was a spring in it on the left side of the joystick so I’m gonna send them some pics tonight and see what they say and they said they will NOT share any schematics or drawings so how would I get parts for it ?? Then they said to order a new valve would be $766 plus shipping and it’s 16-20 weeks smh anyone have a good replacement valve I can get a little cheaper and quicker ?it’s a CV-112 and the number on my valve is 11817-2S
