I'm looking at buying my first tractor a MF 2615 4wd with front loader it has right at 100 hr on it ( was a rental return) the dealer price is $25,500
he says it's as good as he can do...
I fully understand dealers have to make money I'm just wanting to know how much negotiation room per say is there in the tractor market.

$25k doesn't sound too bad for a 50HP (engine) tractor. I'd say it's close to on par with others. 100hrs isn't much. How much is this discounted compared to new from this dealer? Most tractor sales at dealerships aren't as negotiable as car dealerships, from what I've seen. Usually the way you negotiate is on implements when you buy the tractor. I was able to knock $500 off on mine when I bought it, but I feel I was lucky, cause the price was already right.

Yeah I couldn't agree with you more it was one of those I had to ask questions... I want to say it's down about $2000-$2500
