Tractor
JD2555 and a few Allis Chalmers and now one Kubota
I am trying to determine what model tractor I dragged home!
Across the hood it has what is left of the words Massey Ferguson Dieselmatic.
Did these come in a model 50, or just in a model 65? I pulled it out of the woods where it had been sitting for about 5 years, and dragged it home. It may have some issues from sitting but at some point I am going to spend the time and money to get it running and operating.
The previous owner has pretty much forgotten more about the tractor than I know, so discussing it with him isn't an option.

Can you show some more pictures please? A pic of the left side showing the injector pipes will show which model it is. 3 cylinder = MF50 and 4 cylinder = MF65

Check tractordata.com It shows a MF50 model and there is a multipower option.
The decal says multipower. (gearbox) ALWAYS go DOWN hill in HIGH multipower(engine braking) as low multipower free wheels(gearbox full of neutral) if you forget , and start to run away just shift into high. Don't hit the brakes as you could loose control if the hill is steep. The multipower is designed for no clutch shifting.

Redman 135,
We don't have hills in Florida. About the only thing to worry about is a pond bank!
Let me check and see if I have any pictures of the other side.
