Massey Ferguson gc2410 block heater questions

I bought the Massey Ferguson block heater kit and opened the box, read the instructions, looked at the plug they want you to punch out. Am I crazy or does the block heater look significantly smaller than the plug? I know a lot of you guys have installed them but I dont want to have an issue halfway through this project. Thanks-Brendan

I'm pretty sure the plug is 28mm. Measure the block heater and freeze plug to check the diameter.
