Maybe not what Kubota had in mind for a FEL

I guess I better start taking some action shots also. I built some raised vegetable beds for the wife's garden, each being 8'X16' made of 2X12's. I built them in my shop on a level floor. How to get them out to the garden area?
Why, Mr. Kubota of course! So, I pulled them out the door with the bucket, stood them on their side and let the L4400 do the grunt work by lifting them up one at a time with the FEL. My wife drove the tractor and I steadied the load. Once placed she then used the FEL to gently push the beds into a nice neat row. Ah, fresh vegetables!

I use the FEL on my 4240 to lift on and off the camper shells on my two full-size Dodge Cummins. Two heavy duty tie down straps rigged to the FEL does the trick, slow but steady.

I needed to change the fuel pump in my truck. I crawled under and looked at the skid plate and all the bolts holding it and the tank in and I thought this is going to be tough. I then noticed there were only six bolts holding the bed on and they were easy to get to. Took them out and hooked the loader to the bed and up it went. Easiest in-tank fuel pump I ever changed.

I gotta remember that!!! I've changed a few fuel pumps and it was a pain in the rear.

Sometimes you got to do what you got to do. About a month ago I had to weld a Cats 330 excavator bucket. That thing was heavy and I didn't want to weld it outside. My forklift is in the shop here being rebuilt so I tried the Kubota. No problem to lift it but she was a little to light in the rear so I backed into a snow pile and filled up the blower and that did it. Having the right ballast is essential no matter what. A good example in the last picture.:D

Well you made me realize that I didn't need to buy that boat lift last summer. I needed a bigger tractor.

That's my plan to launch the jet ski this summer. I don't have a launch yet in the back yard, but I'm thinking two slings on the end of the forks will work just nicely..... Now i have a reason to buy those forks :D

I tried once to get my mother-in-law out of my house with my FEL, but she was too heavy!

I'm more impressed with your garage, where as it's big enough to zip around with a Kubota L series, hauling a boar around in it!!! Nice!!
