Brandi -- if ya like egg nog -- try this recipe. You'll need a really big bowl - it makes aout 5 qts.
1/2 gal bluebell vanilla ice cream
1 qt egg nog
1 qt milk
1 carton egg beaters
1 C powder sugar (optional) - makes it awfully sweet
375 ml of E&J Brandy (that's the size of the bottle)
2 C light rum ... or dark ... or whatever rum ya got
keeps ya warm and snugly
