will the turf tire rims work for the R4's or will they require new rims? Does anyone know where to find the actual tire sizes for turf and R4 on this tractor?

Your owners manual typically has a chart of different tire types and sizes.

How do these match up with your turfs that you have?

I'm guessing you'll need new rims. Can't help with the tire size, but either the dealer or the manual should be able to provide the specs for the R4 sizes.
Once you determine the size, I would suggest calling dealers and looking online for ads (CL, FB, TractorHouse, etc.). When I was looking to replace rear R4 tires on a Kubota, I found a Craigslist ad for new take-off tires and rims at a Case dealer. Except for the rims being painted gray instead of orange, they were exactly the same rim assemblies. He had several complete sets. Dealers often swap out tires and rims because customers want AG or Turf or something different. I'd check with dealers and wouldn't just get locked into MF dealers.
I had to drive a couple hours to pick them up, but well worth it. In my case, new tires and complete rim assemblies for about the price of a single unmounted tire. I got lucky in that the dealer placed an ad. I'd bet lots of dealers have sets of tires on rims that aren't actually advertised. Good luck with the search. You'll like the R4 tires.
