MF 3650 Transmission not shifting into 2nd and 4th

My MF 3650 is not letting me shift into 2nd and 4th gear. 1st and 3rd will work. Its also not going into low range. The shuttle shift works fine going forward and reverse. I'm just not sure what to look for or where to look. Any guidance sure would be appreciated.

How does it feel when you are trying those gears?

Going into 3rd snd 1st there is a little resistance but trying 2nd and 4rd there is nothing. Like going into neutral.

Have you checked what are moving when you try engage the gears?

Oh yes, it's like being in neutral.

Probably some loose bearings, worn synchros, bad shift collar, or ground off gears.

I'd change the fluid and use clean buckets to see what falls out of there. Also, take a peak at what's in the filters. You'll have to cut them open with something besides a cutoff wheel or hacksaw. Those filings will contaminate your test. I use a hydraulic hose cutting blade... Very carefully.
