Their website says it drives over 40 attachments. I wonder what it costs?

Looks a little smaller than the Toro Dingo. Nice unit though. Where can I rent one?

Thats a Ramrod brand Te list for minis loaders include Kanga,Toro,Ramrod,Gravely,Skidster,Finn,Avance,Bobcat, and Cheetah and a few others icant recall. The Puma hase a hoe on the rear and its a sit on as well as the skid steer of Avance which is sold bt Gehl but made by another company. The Cheetah is sold by a Roffing company mostly for roof gravel and removal i believe. i d like one to have on some of my smaller jobs. Kanga also make a smaller sized machine in addition to the larger stand on machine.

Cstocks,

Saw a guy using a small (different make than this) skid loader for digging out a basement under an existing house. Was something like a snowmobile, with 2 tracks and a FEL. Looked purpose built for the application. I just saw it as I drove by, no idea what it was. But couldn't think of a better weapon for the problem.

This looks like a neat little machine. I'd get tired of standing up, though.

I rented the Kanga model with a FEL. It was the larger of the two models available at the rental place I use. Machine worked great for digging out an area for our deck (it was a low deck and I wanted some ground clearance for air circulation). Made quick work of the digging and was less damaging on the wet yard than a full size bobcat. My only concern was that the hydrostatis controls on the handle bars were touchy. DO NOT STOP WHEN THE BUCKET IS LOADED AND UP ABOVE THE CG OF THE MACHINE. I was almost catapulted over the whole machine. Once this was understood I was OK.

Must be all mulch in that bucket. I would think if it was dirt it would have tipped right over. There is a guy in town that has one pretty close to that. He has a landscaping business and uses it a lot. To me, just buy a tractor or real skid loader. It is only good when you have small areas to get into.

I don't know about that... their model numbers appear to correspond to the lift capacity. The model 800 lifts 800 pounds to full height. Model 1150 lifts 1150 pounds, etc...

Plus they have a carrying capacity that exceeds their maximum lift capacity by quite a bit. Go check out their web site for the listed specs. Pretty impressive machines.
