Buying Advice MX4700 and RTV 500 - First tractor and UTV

I made the big plunge last month I got an Mx4700 and a RTV 500! I could not be happier. I have gotten so much great information from this forum so I just wanted to share and do my part (albeit it small!)

So far I have used the tractor to move brush, hay bales, spread dirt and ashes (our land was part of the Bastrop fires), and shred stuff. I was really happy that the bucket, grapple, and hay bale spear were easy to switch out.

Since this is my first tractor I was a little nervous that everything would not go on as easy as the dealer said it would. Even the 3pt attachments, box blade and shredder, were easy to handle and change out.

My dealer, Taylor Tractor (in Taylor, TX) was simply great. I felt like I got a good deal and they were shooting me straight. Much better post-purchase feel than a lot of car purchases I have had in the past! When I call, with a noobie question, they listen and walk me thru the issue.

I also got the RTV 500. Equally as good purchase. Use it all the time work the cows.

I have attached a picture. I will keep you all posted as I learn more and experience more.

Congratulations, you have a very nice tractor and UTV that should serve you well. We choose a Yamaha Rhino 660 for our work/recreation vehicle and have a couple of older Kawasaki Mules.

Nice set up you have there! I am just down the road in Rockdale and I have been around the guys ay Taylor Equipment for a while. They are some nice folks.

Welcome to the list, you are in good company here. lots of orange fans. It's hard to go wrong with Kubota. I am on my second one now and they are remarkable machines.
