MX5100 Cruise Control Lever won't hold

I have an MX5100, tractor is great except the cruise control lever wont hold. I place it where I want to speed to be, it holds for a few minutes then slowly returns to stop position. It starts out great but then you can feel the tractor start to slow as the cruise control lever moves back to the stop position. Any ideas?

My MX5100 just started doing the same thing. 1 year old. 110 hours. Quick look did not reveal how to tighten it.

Generally those are a friction plate assembly that can be adjusted as needed.
