That sounds like a nice combination, I use a LP RCR2672 with my L5030 HSTC. I would however never buy a tractor without including the loader in the initial package.

It's your money and your property and you certainly know more about your situation than I.
That having been said, a loader will not go bad, will be cheaper now than in three years, can be financed with your tractor and both will be the same color in three years.
Many people don't realize how handy a loader is and how much they will use them.
There are people who truly don't need or want loaders, but you indicate you are not one of them.

oh man your making me have flashbacks of a year ago.i bought my MX5100 HST 4x4 with LA844 quick tatch loader.i was trying to go as cheap as i could sine i wanted 4x4 an HST,for a price of $19,900 deleivered.an my buddy goes put the loader on now as they will go up next year so i was at $25,900.so i called the next morning an put the loader on the tractor an bought it for $24,000.so please put the loader on from the start.
Just have to echo the others' recommendations about getting the loader. If you have 10 acres of property to look after, it's a sure bet you will discover dozens uses for the FEL that you haven't even thought of yet. You can read some of the threads here on TBN describing how others have used theirs. While some of the uses mentioned are light-hearted in nature, there are so many no kidding real uses that most owners would say it's the single most useful attachment you can have for your tractor. Apart from that, the MX5100 is a great unit that will serve you well.

I would go for the cash back rather than the 0% financing. Kubota requires you to care insurance on the entire purchase if you finance which they just happen to offer/sell. Sort of back door interest the way I read it. You can't go wrong with the MX5100. It is a remarkable piece of engineering and effective use of available power.
Well after a lot of negotiating and advise from everyone I ended up with this

Land Pride 2572 finish mower
R4 Tires and a Canopy
I went ahead and did the loader b/c right away I need to install another gate to make access easier to the parcel with my 35 ft travel trailer and my boat trailer is also 36 ft.
The price was more than I intended b/c I was not planning to by the FEL

Did you get it with 4WD? You will need it with the FEL, particularly with the R4 tires. BTW, the LA 844 is a work horse and versatile. Good choice and good luck. I think it is my favorite tractor of all the ones I have owned. Not perfect, but pretty darn close.
