Need a solenoid for an IH254

My solenoid self-destructed the other day. The local dealer said the solenoid isn't available by itself and that I would have to buy a starter also, at a cost of over $500. I have not been able to find one online. Anyone know where I can get a solenoid for a Mitsubishi K3E engine?

I matched up a starter to fit my CIH 254. If I remember it was a starter off of an older Isuzu car or truck engine. I'll have to check, tractor isn't nearby.

The tractor was built by Mitshubitshi and they are common components that a good starter shop might have the parts sitting on a shelf.

Yes, it's Mitsu. Cub Cadet also uses the engine but I don't which model they put it in. Also, the Mitsu MT210 is the same or very similar. I haven't checked any rebuilders yet. It's proven to be difficult to find online.
