My 2520 is equipped with 36X14 - 17.5 R4 rear tires. I am trying to find a pair of standard link chains, but even my dealer has yet been unable to come up with the correct size chains to fit that tire, which IS standard equipment on the 2520. Suggestions???

Thanks for the help on the chain size. Now a question about lift arm clearance - which has not been a concern for me since a tightened down the turnbuckles and "locked" them with SS wire. Tire rub was a problem before I did that.
I need opinions on whether I will (again) have clearance issues using chains on my R4s with my 2520.
For winter use, I have the s'blower on the front and the back blade on the rear (with 4 suitcase weights on it). R4s are loaded, too.

I'd be trying metal screws into the inner and outer parts of the R4 lugs in lieu of chains. I had chains on my Gravely and hated them; even had one catch on the brake backer plate and nearly ripped a tire off before the chain broke. Went to R1s with screws into the outer part of the lugs (lugs are too short on a Gravely to go on the inner part). Didn't have much chance to use this combo in ice and snow, because I got my 4010 with 4wd about a year later. Have since sold the Gravely. I only used the chains on turfs when using the snow blower, because I couldn't use my dual R1s (too wide). Didn't try single R1s with the screws, as the R1s were a little smaller diameter and would pitch the snow blower wrong.

Yea, its going to be an issue. Even with very small chains, like truck tire chains, if you drive on a sidehill the 3-pt load will swing and the arm will touch the chains. BTW, I have the R4 tires you have, and they are set to the widest position. My next solution is going to be to modify the Speeco quick hitch to make a second, more inboard receiver channel area for the 3-pt arm balls to pin into, and use longer pins thru the 3 layers.
