I need to re plumb my CCM toplink cylinder. I tweaked the banjo fittings when it made contact with my toolbox:eek: and quick hitch:mad: . My local guy doesn't have the stuff in stock.

Being the heart of hay season, CCM hasn't been much help (I understand that they need to keep the farmers up and running). In the meantime I want my toplink back.

So my workaround plan is to procure 2 new hoses, BSP banjo on one end, 1/2 NPT male on the other for my quick connects.

Problem is I can't seem to locate anyone with BSP banjo fittings. Just spent 1/2 hour looking thru parker's catalog, they have metric banjo, but not BSP. A google search of BSP Banjo turns up many European & Asian links, but nothing in the US.

Oh and due to clearance issues, I want to go straight to the banjo fitting, not a BSP to X adapter and a 90 fitting.

Please help.

Not sure if this is right or not.

BSP is British Standard Pipe, is that correct?

Was speaking with the JCB rep in my area, and one of my concerns is the Bristish Pipe on the JCB's is not as common as the standards around here, a freind with a JCB hoe had a fit and spent a pretty penny to get some lines made.

The sales guy (who's lips were moving so I suspected he was lying) told me that any O'reilleys auto parts or NAPA auto parts because they are master Gates distributors has easy access to all those BSPT fittings.

Not sure if O'reilleys is in your neck of the woods, but I imagine NAPA is.

Good luck.

Yes British Standard - We have NAPA around here, never heard of O'Rielley's

Oh and the banjo's are BSPP (Parallel) vs BSPT (Tapered) in case anyone else is having similar issues.

You can try Diversified fittings in Perry OH (see attachment for info), After you get a price you might decide to wait:eek:. I also attached a pic of the ones that I got from them.

Here is another shot that gives a better idea. Notice the nut next to the DPCV.

Sorry, I was thinking wrong. It is the fitting at the end of the cylinder.

That last pic clearly shows a banjo fitting.

Your pic #2 does not, hence my question.

Weatherhead part # MB5515x?x?. ?= sizes. this fitting is a BSPP x JIC 90 degree. The BSPP will screw into your cylinder in place of the banjo bolt, just have a hose made with a JIC fitting on the end. This will cure the banjo forever.

Any NAPA guy I ever met thought that British Pipe was an imported bong.

You may want to google a company called Europower, or try Adaptall. Europower will be the best bet for what you want, but, I would just do the Weatherhead part above and do away with the banjo completely.
