I recently bought a JD 955. It's a 95 with 575 hours and came with a 70a loader, 380 front blade and a 6 York rake for $7,000. Cosmetically it's on the rough side, spent its life on the outside looking in, but mechanically it seems to be fine.
I haven't had a chance to use it much yet. I did get a head start on next years firewood and dragged out a couple of beech logs with no problem. I also tried out the York rake on my rutted driveway and was quite surprised at the results given my inexperience.
Unfortunately this means I will probably be getting rid of my 110 garden tractor, but I will be keeping the 318 as my mower.
