I installed Bro-Tek skid plates on my BX1500 today. I made it this far without wrecking my HST fan, didn't want to roll the dice anymore.

Thanks, I have some trail maintenance I want to do with my 42" rotary cutter, hopefully this'll help!

They are great, I have them on both our BXs.

I've got all 3 sets on my '24. Learned the hard way that these little machines have sensitive underbellies.

I didn't lose the HST fan. Lost the rad fan and some wiring. I've also built a guard for the front drive shaft seal ... after that was damaged too. In both cases it was tall grass wrapping the drive shafts, not a stick or rock.

Too soon old and too late smart,
Z.
