To clarify, the ranch is a hobby, not my business. Covered in trees and steep terrain. Part of former cattle ranch. Looking at used 30-50 hp 4wd tractor.

get closer to the 50hp. 30 is just not that strong a tractor when it comes to running larger attachments

Welcome aboard. I would rather live in Yakima (assume you are somewhere around there) and then visit Seattle. We avoid going o Seattle with a passion. I lived in Ballard in the 70's and I never left or lost anything there so no reason to go back. All my 5 kids got out of there real early in life also. When asking questions your location sometimes is important to assure our responses are in geographic context.
