- Kubota L3830
Hi Folks,
Just a quick post to introduce myself. I live on 30+ acres in the Rogue Valley of SW Oregon. I am originally from Minnesota farm country, so I have a passing familiarity with tractors & farm implements, albeit OLD equipment memories.
I purchased a Kubota L3830 with appx. 240 hrs. on the clock. I added a Branson brush cutter, box scraper, post hole digger and the unit came with a 723 FEL. $17,200 purchase price. I am in the hunt for a capable backhoe, and am about to buy the BH90A new from Monteith Equipment in Roseburg.
I have two seperate surface collection systems, with appx. 5,500 gallons storage, for gravity feed residential water. Irrigation water rights from the adjacent creek for two acres also came with the property.
I am beginning the layout for an additional storage building and doing site preparation, hence the backhoe need. Post hole drilling for framing to follow.
I hope to pick y'alls brains, as mine seem to come up short, oftentimes, these days.
